This is one of my favorites because it is so simple to make. Egg salad can be enjoyed on bread or even on crackers. I won’t judge you if you buy premade egg salad. Add in some pickles or celery for a little bit more crunch.

There are so many flavors of pouch tuna out there now. You can make a tuna melt every day of the week and wouldn’t have the same flavor combination twice. Pick your favorite flavor of tuna fish or just go original. Add your favorite cheese and heat. This is one of the easiest meals. Plus fish is brain food!
Greek Tuna Salad
Tuna has so many different options. A Greek Tuna Salad is so tasty. If you have never made it all you simply need to do is to make tuna salad the way you love it and to add in feta and black olives. This is perfect when stuffed into a pita!

Looking to spice it up a little from your normal sandwich, add the ham and cheese of your choice and any other filling inside of a wrap. I also really love to change up the type of wrap that I use. This is so good inside of a spinach wrap.

With some pork, cabbage, carrots and spices, you can have a filling lunch. Tasting just like an unwrapped egg roll, this bowl is one of my favorites. When it comes to pasta salad, I love to make up some rotini pasta and add on some italian dressing. Put in some cucumbers, olives, celery, tomatoes or whatever else your heart desires. You have an easy lunch that is put together just as quickly as you can prepare the pasta.
I love a good BLT, so in salad form it is absolutely amazing. It has all the delicious taste of the classic sandwich. All you have to do is add in your favorite dressing to the lettuce, bacon and tomato.

This is one of my favorites because it gives you tons of nutrients and can be ready quickly. You can top with a slice of tomato or some cheese to give extra flavor.
